Permanent Care

Suited for those who have been assessed for 24 hour residential care. This may be if someone requires minimal assistance from care staff, up to full assistance with all care needs.

 

Respite Care/Emergency Care

This may be for a few days, a holiday or on a rolling respite basis. This may be  a break or to try out the home prior to long term care.

Any emergency admission will be in line with the homes policy and at the Managers discretion.

 

Dementia Care

Suitable for those with a diagnosis of Dementia, where we can deliver person centred care specific to the individual, in a safe and secure environment.

 

Day Care

This is from 9.00am until 6.00pm. You can visit and have your meals, along with joining in with the days planned activities. A bath or shower can also be offered and this is optional.

Any admission to the home, would require the homes staff to conduct a pre -admission assessment prior to a place being confirmed.

Cost Of Care

We accept self funding service users, as well as those funded by Derbyshire County Council.

Prices are dependent on the room chosen and if a top up for the room is required.

Viewing the home

We have an open door policy, and you are free to visit the home at any time between the hours of 9.00am and 8.00pm.

 

Alternatively you can call the home and pre book an appointment, in order that the Management can meet with you to show you around the home, and answer any questions you may have.
